Ballet is the foundation for all other dance forms and does much to give
students grace, poise, balance, and a way to fully express themselves.
Our ballet curriculum is designed to progress through various levels of
competencies.

Preschool classes in Ballet offer the very basic fundamentals of the
class and encourage creativity, musicality, and coordination.

As the dancer grows, we put more emphasis on body position, coordination of arms and head, and technic. Students will develop basic coordination, expression, and muscle control. Training at this level is designed to establish a basic foundation in ballet.

For the more advanced ballet dancer, we develop strength and stability in pirouettes, balance control, extension, and fluidity. This level of instruction concentrates on the mastery of more complex movements and combinations.
